1) we will go over informed consent and the nature of therapy services including privacy & confidentiality
2) we will get to know one another and discuss the music that is meaningful to you
3) we will begin to determine some of your personal wellness goals to work towards in future sessions
How long are sessions?
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 30 to 50 minutes in length depending on goals and focus. Typically we book a series of 10-12 sessions together and then discuss progress before determining next steps and if their is a continued need for therapy.

Improved emotional regulation skills
Coping mechanisms and stress-management techniques
Improving communication and the ability to speak up for yourself
Understanding your own strengths and inherent value
Finding resources that help manage and perhaps alleviate concerns that originally led you to therapy, such as having panic attacks, or being unable to sleep
